This is a great convenient place, but I gatta give it a 2 star because I could never sit here and eat comfortably when it's set to a freezing fridge temperature all the time! It's ridiculously cold here ALL the time! I feel like it's done on purpose so no one wants to sit here and eat.

Very bad experience, order through ubereats, paid $16 for vegetarian whopper, when received only buns, nothing inside no patty,no veg beside two plain bun, The service side didn't bothered to call even to double check, who in the world will pay $16 for for two bun. Once call them there was no sense of understanding and apology, they said its ubereats fault. My biggest mistake to order from them. I myself a Hotel General manager, There was no empathy from staff at all to listen and help customer.

Unbelievable, basic order for 3 people. Forgot my wife's sauce and drink. It's 2° outside and 8° in the dining room, I asked the manager to turn off the air-conditioning and put the heater on, she didn't know how to. The girl that served me was practically whispering behind her mask.Food was OK hence the 1 star.

We ordered the Rebel Whopper Cheese Burger 2 for $10 from Hungry Offers*. The plant-based burger is cheap and affordable. The texture of the burger patty is delicious with fresh salad.The team member who served us is so polite and helpful.The bathroom is available in good condition and clean.Overall, the experience is quite good.

Havent been inside. Only went to drive thru. Very slow service. Have to wait in drive thru for ages has happened multiple times. Almost puts me off even going. Chips are always good tho.

Every time I have been through drive through and ask SIMPLE questions about something that is displayed on the board, I get replied to with such appalling attitude and tone! There is very little if not any formal appropriate customer service from the staff here!

Waited over 25 mins in the drive thru, no apologies or cares. Food was okay but 25 mins with hungry kids is crazy
