We found SolaXs fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Gary, Terry & Kathy in the office were great to speak with and very good at communicating with us. Adam and his install team were very professional and explained the various options for the placement of our system and made sure we were happy with the decisions that were made. They were very efficient and courteous. We found that SolaXs were a great value option for us and didn't try to oversell us on products that we currently do not require. We would highly recommend SolaXs to anyone.

I was very pleased with the whole journey with SolaXs. Their professionalism from the time of quoting through to installation was exceptional. All the staff from Kathy in the office, Terry providing details of the system to Adam the electrician and the other installers were courteous and helpful. Terry operates a business which delivers quality communication (keeping the client in the loop and available for any questions that one may have). Terry is fortunate to have a highly professional team from office management through to the installers, electricians and team leader. I am extremely happy with their work and the outcome of the product chosen (batteries, inverter and panels) is excellent. Thank you.

The solaxs team went above and beyond with their service. They made sure everything went smoothly with installation. They explained how everything works after installation and left the site clean.
