Overall store presented well, good parking facilities. Front of shop.needs to improve with speed, one of the slower woolworths on exit.Overall xustomer experience was good.

Convenient location with adequate parking. Anyone towing will have to park on the outside road (can't remember the name). But of a hassle getting back to the car if you've got a trolley full, or hands full of bags.Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Some stock levels were below par, but it's to be expected these days.Overall this was a good shopping experience.

The cleanliness is unacceptable for grocery store. Auto shops have cleaner floors than the floors at Woolies. Management needs to be changed. It’s all about standards. I think they would benefit from a new perspective. Staff is a different topic. The older generation have better manners than the younger ones but that’s a whole different topic.

Woolworths Inverell
Purchased a Woolies potato salad from the Inverell store and spent the next day on the toilet and with a distinct rotten egg taste on my palate. Repeated attempts to ring the store to alert them were allowed to ring out. Definitely advise against eating any of their salads.
