FCGC Gymnastics

So disappointing… both my son and daughter have done classes here but sadly they have proven to be money-hungry with no integrity or morals. There are many other wonderful clubs in the West who will treat you and your kids with much more respect and kindness.

Terrible organisation and do not waste your money. No make up session given for missed classes or refund. Scam and dodgy practice!!!

The gym does the baby (bilby) program really well! I've been going with my 6 mos old son and the coach has a very positive and calm energy. She is very professional, knowledgeable and engaging, explains all the circuits really well and their benefits for our little ones. Can't recommend the baby program enough!

FCGC Gymnastics doesn’t have any refund policy which is ethically not right. My daughter attended classes for more than a year with them and due to covid we had make up tokens which I wanted to use, As unreasonable as it sounds you cant use your make up token without active enrolment which means you pay for more money to use your credits. We had nearly $150 worth of tokens and we had to move to a new suburb so I asked for refund and they said we don't do refund.I mean there must be some consideration for special circumstances. So bottom line is I lost my money and I paid them for free. Please be aware of this for new enrolment as well as existing enrolment. This is so not right.

Upper management are very rude and unprofessional. Go to another gymnastics that value your business

My daughter has been going here for years. I can see the fun she has with her gymnastics mates and can see that the coaches are focussed on improving the kids skills while having fun.

Appalling customer service. They fraudulently took funds from my account by direct debit, I reported it to them and they did absolutely nothing except generic emails directing me to the portal. No answer when I would call the number provided either just a voice mail advising me to email. I've had to have my bank take action.The quality of the classes had also diminished since both Thomas and Jess left with the current instructor unable to keep the kids engaged in class

The club has switched from ALP (MAG) to Gym League program. This switch was comminicated very poorly, with no information on the format of the program or competitions, which was not cheap!We have been attending this club for nearly 5 years. The standard of the classes has dropped, and the customer service is very disappointing. It is sad that the club has not been forthcoming on the huge change that the swap from ALP to gym league has meant for the students.From a professional stance, please train your staff who respond to emails to sign off with a name, so that your customers know who they are corresponding with.

I would give the club 50 stars if I could! I attend the adult gymnastics classes which are catered to all levels and abilities. Starting a new sport as an adult can be daunting sometimes, but everyone at FCGC is so welcoming, supportive and encouraging, like a big family! Coaches have programs in place to help you develop your skills as a gymnast, and go out of their way to teach you any additional skills that you would like to focus on. The passion and dedication of the coaches is second to none, and I’m so privileged that I get a chance to train with so many talented and awesome gymnasts. Thanks heaps for everything FCGC, I can’t wait for my next class!

My 3yr old granddaughter attends this venue, with her mum on a weekly basis..I went along to observe for the first time last week..The lady whom holds the classes is a good, and patient leader.. She does an excellent job, considering how young the children are..The children, and a parent do a warm up before the children tackle the gym equipment..It is a well organised, and equipped venue..I'm pretty sure that they have classes for the older children..Enquiries to the establishment should answer any questions..This establishment provides early access for the younger ones who love flexing their energy overdrive..And, who knows what possibilities will arise in the future if your youngster wants to pursue gymnastics as either a pass time or career..
