Pretty good mostly. Staff are nice. Prices can be way overpriced or super cheap and quality varies so take the time to check out what you want in person.Some of their items look better online than what they really are but overall I've got some great stuff from these guys.

Rivers once made quality shoes that I purchased. Now they are an outlet for mediocrity. People were queued at the cashier with no staff member in sight. Disappointing.

If you don't know where Rivers is situated it's a little bit hard to find, but once you do there are plenty of clothing and shoe bargains to be found. The sales lady assisted with shoe sizes, and was patient with us. Give yourself some time to have a good look around as there is A LOT of stock.

My partner and I popped in for a look. We were impressed by the men’s shoes. My partner bought a pair of blue canvas shoes. I bought a top on sale. The store has heaps to choose from.So reasonably priced. I have just bought 2 pairs of rivers ladies boots and they are comfortable

Such a bargain everytime I go to Rivers. Great clean shop with very helpful staff,both male and female. Set up your E'mail and receive some excellent deals to use in store or online.

Is a small store, the staff was nice, and work super hard. now find it wasn't easy. the entrance is hidden on a very discreet back entry. on the shopping mall it self signs point to all kinds of shops but not Rivers. it is really hiden in a forgotten back of the mall with very few signs. the set up also is not very good. I would suggest an expansion. and make sure there signs inside the shopping centre and on the outside. i beleive the store only get customers that delibery are looking for Rivers, and not the casual customer browsing many stores.
