Class 1 Orthodontics

Absolute Rip off with terrible customer service and wrong information provided. Please look for a good orthodontist and don’t waste your time and money with this place. You will only see the actual orthodontist on your first appointment to cough up all your money then every other other appt will be with kid nurses who mis inform you. Was told after $1300 expander for the year that my daughter needed to purchase another $300 piece of plastic to wear for another year and if I didn’t purchase it - the expander would have been a waste of time. So I purchased it even though it was supposed to be included as stated on the initial plan, then went back after three months for a checkup and was told she didn’t need to wear it anymore. I now need to pay more money to get the right advise from a professional orthodontist not a money making business. Please if your reading this review and you want an orthodontist who actually cares more about your child’s smile than the money than take the time and look elsewhere even if it’s a bit of a drive it will be worth it. Very disappointed and will be taking my complaint to the ombudsmen with all paperwork provided.

Staff are always so friendly and informative. They run on time and make the whole experience easy.

After waiting 2mths for an appt, they call us the day before our scheduled appt to cancel. While I understand that something may have come up...they told us we need to wait till July for a rescheduled appt. How is this acceptable? When you cancel on the customer, do you not make the effort to fit them in at the earliest? Their reception staff are extremely rude. I would not deal with this practice.

The wires on braces had been left unclipped leading to severe cuts in the mouth. Children don’t realise it has to be clipped with all the pain of new braces these wires have caused injuries inside of the mouth. Would have expect the orthodontist, hygienist to be vigilant instead of leaving them unclipped.

Every appointment I’ve had has been a lovely, friendly and positive experience. Dr Sanjana is excellent with her patients, remembering details I told her way at the beginning of my treatment! Can’t recommend enough.

Doctors may be good but service worst ever experienced! They text you for making appointments after you signed for 9k program ! But when you call them back it goes back on voice mail! But they don't respond! What a shame having this mobile and internet era you can't make appointments! Pathetic

Everyone my son gets an adjustment done on his braces there’s always a problem. Never had a time when all is done to be happy about. Also the waiting time is just appalling. Every time I come I have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes.

A few years ago after we finished the treatment, class1 places a wire behind the front teeth. It came loose laste year and again last week. Only the glue on 1 tooth came off. It was glued again, about 10 min work. They charged me $202. A bit excessive in my opinion.
