This place is amazing, old fashioned service, quality meats, knowledgeable. I wasn't sure what cut to use for pepper beef skewers and we came to the conclusion that rump was best. I tried rump from tasman butchers and it was good... but not as good as this place. Their bratwurst is proper!!! Their chorizo is huge and properly fermented, the real deal!! I got Weiner schnitzel and they tenderise them for me, they asked what I was gona do with them, the fact they bother asking shows their customer service, I will be using this place as long as I'm in the area and they are open, and, the Weiner schnitzels were the best iv ever had, first time cooking. Their meat is easy to cook with, for some reason it just comes out the way it should! Can not speak highly enough about this place.

Rohan and the team provide fanatastic old fashioned service as well as providing a great range of delicious meat. I travel from Canterbury just to shop there!!
