Waited a long time to get takeaway coffees. Can't believe how slow they were. The girls kept on getting interrupted by one of the girls who was unsure how to make frappes. She's been there for months training. They were not busy.

My friend and I went for afternoon tea. Shared some hot over cooked chips, a dry scone and just passable carrot cake. Frappe was OK, coffee not so good. Would not go back or recommend to anyone.

Breakfast was not bad. I had corn and zuccinni fritters. Never had it before but tasted ok. The big breakfast was what its expected. Would i go back? Ptobably but will try something different this time. Customer service was good and she also had recommandations which i didnt go for but it was nice of her to ask anyways.

The service was amazing but the amount it costed for my step mum it cost $90 for a brekkie burger,’small burger and 2 milkshakes and a medium latte we find it outrageous for how much food we get for the price

Ordered 2 burgers 2 milk shakes was told they didn't have potato wedges so ended up with sweet potato small portion ls mind you it cost 67.60 just for that.A regular smoothie is actually a small not even.Food didn't even come out quicklyDon't recommend easier to go to maccas cheaper and better

I am a support worker. I came with my client to have lunch on Sat. I got served at the counter my client was right beside me and was not even asked what he would like. I then waited a moment to see if they wld serve him and I had to say excuse me my client who was right beside me, would like to order. Then I get my meal and I have finished mine and his comes out. Really!!I then asked the girl who brought his meal out if I could get a glass of tap water in the bottle she stood there she looked at me looked at the counter & I said you have a glass bottle with tap water. Even just a glass will do. She went off and came back a few minutes later with a bottle and a glass.As for the cost of what I bought a bit rich. I dont plan on coming back there. Sorry to say.

Our Meals were served in 15 minutes. Eggs Benedict were perfectly poached and the Hamburger Patty was juicy and delicious. Triple shot Cafe Latte was intense and flavourful.Thank you Chef Mel and staff for an enjoyable lunch.

Good service. Branded coffee is reliably bitter, and disappointing - that hasn't changed in over 20 years. Signage doesn't reflect product availability.

Meals didn't come out together. Waited 45 mins for my breakfast. Then had to wait 15mins more for daughter meal. She had the chicken burger. Chicken wasn't fully cooked. And was burnt on outside. Chips where nice. But not worth the money for just chips. Won't come again
