i went to this shop with a friend to find a gift was going to take a photo to ask one of my friends if this would be ok to get, the lady behind the desk yells no photos" i immediately apologised saying "oh ok im sorry" i repeated sorry a couple of times no response at all. I understand why she told me no photos but she couldve of been nicer about it and couldve told us when we walked into the shop we cant take photos.Apparently there was a sign i had no idea what so ever i didnt even see a sign saying no photos."

Went to purchase some cushions from the Royal Adelaide Show pop up store in September 10,2022. although I was greeted by a friendly staff member who couldn’t do enough for me .the the person who appears to be the owner who was an older guy with long bleached hair was a plank. He not only me feel unwelcome however when his machine wouldn’t work asked me if I had cash on me to which I reply no I feel like he felt I was wasting his time and if I could give zero stars or even take stars off I would for shame.!!!

Reviewing for Chatswood Store.Worst customer service, was taking a photo of a shirt for my wife to confirm the design she wanted.The cashier started screaming and became quite abusive to me taking a photo of a shirt.They need to relax.

Awesome shop, and super friendly staff! Great selection of classic rock and metal band merch and a pretty good selection of Anime stuff too. Picked up a Lamb of God tanktop and its great quality, definitely gonna shop here again!

These guys were recently at the Adelaide Royal show. The old guy dressed as a punk rocker seemed to be running the show and my god he was rude! Had a list of items I wanted to purchase but walked out due to the rudeness of this guy to both customers and his staff.

Come here almost every year at the Adelaide Show and a very cool store. Their range of t-shirts was excellent and service was really good. Quality of t-shirts has always been good, material and prints have always lasted.

Rude staff raised her voice at me saying no photos there’s a sign. I understand if photos are not allowed however I don’t work at the place nor was I aware of the sign. She could’ve told me in a nicer manner. If I knew I couldn’t take photos why would I do it In the first place. I even apologised and she completely ignored me.

I’ve visited this store at Castle Towers many times. The staff are always friendly and eager to help. A great variety of products, but unfortunately their pricing is way way above market range. Compared to other similar retail stores (same products) and online stores (band merch websites), they are just not competitive in any way. I think the overheads for having a physical store (rent, staff, etc.) is factored into the price, which is really unfortunate. I had the same hoodie ordered direct from the states and including shipping it was still only $90 compared to $149 in their store. I wish them luck.
