I've been visiting Chaps Barber Shop for regular keratin treatments over the past two and a half years, and their service is simply phenomenal.The welcoming vibe makes every visit feel like catching up with old friends. In particular, Ben has been outstanding with his attention to detail. He understands hair like no other, and his tailored advice has given my hair a smoothness and shine that is genuinely transformational.In addition to the top-notch service, the shop's cleanliness stands out, making for a safe, relaxing experience. The team at Chaps has nothing better to do than to get people in and out of their store and rip you off with a $35 haircut. Always gone to them as it is close and efficient however after leaving today with nothing more of the exact opposite of what I asked for, you can guarantee I won’t be returning. Bloke cutting my hair was more interested in watching the soccer on his phone and was in the chair for 5 minutes tops. Walked out with all the water still left in my hair and did not even ask how much I wanted chopped off the top just hacked away. Before I could even say anything a large gash of my hair was missing. Simply asked for a 2 around the edges with a TRIM off the top. Just had to go to another barber to get it all fixed up that provides a much better service and listens to your requests.

These guys are my go to barbers now. They are very professional, the place is always clean, the app makes it really easy to make a booking, and my chosen barber Pedro always does a great job. I highly recommend them.

My go to barber, can always count on a great fade with great customer service. Always offered a bottle of water when getting my haircut, great on the hot days. The booking system makes it very convenient to book in advance to avoid cues.

My husband has been using these guys since they opened. Today's haircut goes down in history as worst ever. No passion, no love, no flair, no style... these guys have just let loose with clippers. Is this what they teach atTAFEnow? Not going back.... ask to see qualifications first

Hands down best barbers in the Shire! You can book online too! Great caring service, they cover a lot from cutting hair, shaving/trimming beards plus hair colouring!…Go give them a try!

Welcoming staff when you walk in. Jason gave me a skin fade and a trim on top. One of the best haircuts I have had out of the shire. Recommended coming to south village to get a chop by these lads!
