Thank you so much, you do not know how much i appreciated your call today as i was struggling to find a way to fix my prep bench and as a small business we don't get any help at all from anyone, but you today have been a shining light for me and my family.. i recommend to anyone looking for equipment in the commercial industry to give International catering a call, well priced but more importantly they have the human element to their business..i can't thank you enough!!

I purchased a Vac Pac machine in Cairns from a catering supplier. I hardly used the equipment, packing approx 30 bags in 15 months. When it stopped working I went back to the local supplier, their respond, it's out of warranty" no action from them. I found out that Inter. Catering Equipment was the main importer and contacted them. Alan from ICE told me to sent the item to their shop for inspection

ICE have been oustanding both times I've engaged them to service by Orved vacuum machine. I'm unable to bring my machine in for servcing, so in late 2021 Ash went above and beyond to provide me with products and advice to complete a service. Today one of their technicians kindly walked me through the process to clear the 5k cycle warning. It's rare to come across business with a strong customer service culture like this. Thank you!

I have purchased the display cake cabinet and it has faulty which is still under manufacturer warranty.The service of claim department is unwilling and unprofessional. Ash, she is the one assisted me, and has a reluctant, lazy and blunt customer service.
