I have rented from these guys before and the experience was mostly good.However I had a very poor experience with my recent trailer rental, and will never be back again.I knew that I had to return the trailer in a clean condition, but due to me not having any time I thought to ask to borrow a brush/broom and use some water would not be a problem.Well it was....... and I was threatened and spoken to very inappropriately and had to use my shoes with some water, that was reluctantly given to me (by filling and fetching the bucket myself).Last time you see a Dollar from my pocket.

I showed up at 930am to collect a machine I had booked and they were using it for some work around there premises! I said I could come back in an hour and a half or so as I had some other things to do. Returned at 11am to find the owner still using the machine and surprised I had returned to pick it up. Not having it ready the first time was bad enough, not being ready the second time is just appalling. Had a follow up call an hour later...And was basically told it was his machine and he could use it as he see's fit. Absolutely agree with you mate you sure can. But just say its not available when your customer is making a booking.
