Booking fee for online tickets….so I’m paying extra to NOT have some young kid stood behind a counter on minimum wage selling tickets. Selection of films reflects the business model..

Lovely staff, a bit hard to see if you’re out the back of the cinema, but that’s okay.Unfortunately been here a few times and popcorn is never fresh as they pre make them and leave them in boxes which makes it taste a bit stale.

Was extremely busy today on the 21st of June , went and saw top gun ( great movie ) and only two staff on who were absaloute great!! Can do attitude and a smile all-round , well done ✅

This cinema is in need of an upgrade. The foyer is small and gets crowded easily. The chairs in the two cinemas are ok but they dont recline and if you have someone tall sitting in front of you it can be an issue to see the whole screen. If you are not tall sit in rows F onwards. Food is average movie food but not overly expensive. Toilets were clean.
