Have used Autobahn Joondalup for years. They do the right thing by you and always try their hardest to fit you in even when they are busy. Paul is the best manager and always goes out of his way to help even when you can tell he is flat strap busy. Great bloke and great business! 5 stars!

Has the service, done so quick and by midday the car was ready to collect. Very effiecent in listing what we needed to repair or worked on in the future, but straight up and no messing about.Actually shocked when I see they cleaned the car inside and out. Thank you for going one step futher.

As others have said, Paul did an awesome job communicating with me and the team did outstanding work on my car.I went in for a high mileage service and was informed of a few other things that needed to be fixed, like a torn cv boot and the timing belt was due for replacement. Paul wasn’t pushy at all and explained the reasons they recommended the additional services. I was quoted an exact price for the repairs both with and without doing the water pump (in case it didn’t need repairing). After the water pump tested fine, I was able to get away with the lower quote, an excellent demonstration of honesty on their part. They made all the repairs in one day, and even washed and vacuumed my car! And not just a quick wipe around, but a proper clean - it looks brand new.Paul and the team clearly know what customers want out of a mechanic - honesty, clarity, and top quality work. Their considerate replies to ALL their google reviews suggest this level of professionalism, and I can personally verify it.Thanks to all at Autobahn in Joondalup and I’ll see you for my next service.

Many car services I've used will go above and beyond... to the detriment of the client. They'll skip the diagnosis, go right into repair, then charge the client regardless.Autobahn Joondalup doesn't do this.They'll diagnose the vehicle, acknowledge the faults, ring the client, and ask them how to proceed - even offering additional time is necessary if they wish to shop elsewhere.They even offer entirely free hire cars if they go over-schedule. Which is rare, but usually justifiable. Things happen after-all.Prices are usually spot on, and any advice or suggestions are welcome, even if its occasionally to the detriment of their own business - but not its reputation. The communication is fantastic. I'm yet to receive a bad service.

Biggest mistake and waste of time and money. Paid $180 for a vehicle safety report. Received a tax invoice listing issues that were not there and highly doubt the check was done correctly. I feel they listed a couple of common issues and charged out $180Something definitely not right.I questioned this with the manager / owner and he fumbled with an answer and couldn’t tell me what was foundDon’t trust these mechanics at all

Love this place. So much cheaper than going to the dealer, plus they wash and vac your car which is a nice touch. Plus they offer a full service and do tyres which is great as then I don’t need to take it elsewhere and it’s all done in one day so my car isn’t off the road for long. Highly recommend.

Fabulous service from Tom and Kevin. I needed a headlight fitted and it was all sorted so quickly. Recommend.

Had a problem with an engine sensor which was causing an engine warning light to come. Autobahn fixed it for free while I waited - excellent service!

Great customer service and reliable mechanics. It is a great place for inspection for the interstate transfer. I totally recommend!
