Buyer Beware!!Dimitrak sold the house next door to mine about a year ago. Ever since then, Arthur the real estate agent has decided that he can use my property as somewhat of a display home. Bringing people up and down my driveway without permission showing them my house. At all times of the day, even on weekends.So if you make the mistake of using Dimitrak to buy or sell a house, be aware that you are signing off on them using your house as a selling tool for other people without your permission.

I just wanted to recognise Chris and all at Dimitrak. From selling us our land, through to helping with getting fences up and assistance with other trades they're been outstanding. I cannot recommend them enough. The biggest point is the care and communication we got after the sale - a very rare thing. Chris is an absolute gem.

Unfortunately I live next door to a property they 'manage' property manager is hard to deal with she is argumentative and my emails are usually unresponded to which i have to chase up what is happening. Look elsewhere if you are looking for your property to be managed as i have been trying to sort an issue since April i am still waiting in July now im going through legal action
