Long overdue!I was dreading the news.. the cluster had been damaged in Transport.To my outmost relief Nicci was happy to replace for free even though it’s a third party transport company that had nothing to do with their business.Thank you so much!Btw, they both enjoy cappuccinos!Highly recommend.Thank you again.

I had a damaged electrical control unit that I couldn't find anyone with the skill to repair, Nikki and the team had it fixed in minutes. I'll never go anywhere else for my repair work from now on. A solid 10/10 for service and expertise.Thanks guys.

Its disappointing my cluster wasn't complete like requested before being sent out, disappointing there's no offer to help or apologise. I haven't asked for much, i requested an emailed invoce , never got it, called and asked twice how much it was and couldnt be told, sent through correct toyota part numbers for the parts during the job and you couldn't work out how to order them or couldnt be bothered, i requested you put my partners name on the package for delivery yeah no problem" and that never happened... it shouldn't be that hard."

Sent an ABS module off a vx commodore for what I thought was a repair, ended up being not broken. No charge. On top of that the customer service really is top notch. Highly recommended.
