Sargon sold our property Aug this year. Worst agency ever.. gives away personal information as if I won't find out. Quick to blame others for their rentals looking trash. I vacated my property 5 months ago and I got a message from my sister yesterday saying I trashed the house when in fact the property was empty and in good shape. So these guys are quick to judge and destroy family relationships

As a first-time investor, I had a terrible and unforgettable experience with this company. Below is the following lousy experience I have had since I started getting their services:The property manager forgot to remind us about the water bills that need to be sent to the tenant to pay the water usage for 2021.As far as I know, before property inspections, the property manager should remind the tenant to clean the house to show that they are taking care of the property. Still, it turned out in different ways. The property was filthy, untidy and smelly.They regularly send the rent invoice via email even if the tenant has failed to pay the rent on time, without prior notice to the landlord.From my experience dealing with this company, I would say they are not tough enough to remind and collect rent when tenants are behind paying rent. Instead, they rely upon the message of a tenant to the landlord.When the property agreement expired, the property manager didn't bother to remind us if we wanted to renew it or not.I feel upset and feel inadequate about what happened to our property after the tenant abandoned the house.

My property has been with Okaro for 10 years. The way they managed the property with the last 2 tenants has not been up to the standards I came to expect from them. Kirri Ann was rude and manipulative and did not take into account my concerns. I had to spend nearly 5 grand to fix the damages caused by the previous tenant. She claimed the damages were wear and tear. I don’t believe she inspected my property well after the tenant left and I ended up paying for her incompetence. They have lost my business for good. Do your self a favor and find another real estate
