They came 50km out to fix my ignition barrel on my Toyota with little notice but managed to squeeze me in on there busy schedule, they were a pleasure to deal with , I highly recommend them and they be the first to call if I ever need a locksmith for any reason.

The service was so dissatisfying that I got in my car and ordered $700 of hardware online elsewhere. I would have spent the $1,000+ on the equivalent products from there if the man behind the desk had simply attempted to appear to be the slightest bit welcoming and interested in selling me something. Hot tip- It doesn’t take much to be courteous and polite, especially if you actually want customers.

Terrible, Had them to unlock my car as i locked the keys in the boot. The person spent a long time on it with NO luck, then called another person out and the car was unlocked, when i got home and was cleaning the car i noticed scratches on the black door frame and the when i opened the door there were chips dents and scratches all over the door frame and pillar, and surprise surprise they deny it. Would NOT recommend them at all.

Just spent 40 mins trying to get a car key cut. The young guy had 4 attempts at it to no avail before I had to just walk away wondering about he’s training. Actually felt sorry for young lad because he’s fellow worker offered no assistance nor guidance other than how to act oblivious using a mobile phone.
