Was interested in the Formentor from before the Australia release.Visited the sales team on several occasions and always found them very knowledgeable and willing to assist.I purchased the VZx Formentor and couldn’t be happier. What an amazing ride with looks, power, and handling.Special shout to Jo-Ann for going the extra mile in helping me to decide. She definitely knows her product and takes time to understand her client.I highly recommend both Cupra and the Indooroopilly team.

Great sales experience from Mark and Patrick. The test drive with Mark was an absolute blast that had no sales pitch and was strictly about showing exactly what the car was capable of. Think more co-pilot, and less salesman.Despite issues with VW Finance, Mark and Patrick pulled off an early delivery. Every interaction was personable and effective, making the experience more like an arvo with mates than a stuffy sales pitch.

Visited Cupra Indooroopilly with all intentions of purchasing the new Formentor. Dealt with the manager Patrick who was very slapdash and careless. He was leaning over the furniture with no care for anyone who was in the surroundings. I decided then and there I did not want to associate with such an unprofessional person. He also was overheard by my wife to be incredibly rude to one of his female staff. We immediately left and had a very positive experience with one of the other brands in the new Automall.

Short version: 10/10 experience.From the moment I placed my order online back in October last year, after a brief phone chat with Jo-Anne at Indooroopilly, I was well looked after. Jo-Anne kept in constant contact and was readily and quickly replying to my many questions (even after hours! Did not expect this!). The test drive was very easy to arrange, and Jo-Anne was so patient answering more questions and was exceptionally informed on the car, specs, and minute details. Although the wait time stretched out due to quarantine issues (not in Cupra’s control), Jo-Anne continued to keep me informed as much as possible.The ease of teeing up finance with my company’s salary packaging lease group was so seamless— I just had to fill out some forms, and Cupra Indooroopilly and the finance group liaised back and forth for the rest.Jessica was fantastic in organising a deal for my tinting, ceramic coating and dash cam and was very attentive to my needs, even providing a great discount for the 4K Blackvue I wanted instead of the normal package. It was all installed tidily in the pre-delivery stage and they did a wonderful job.Finally the day for delivery came, and unfortunately Jo-Anne was on a well-earned holiday but even still, tried so hard to arrange delivery to the day before she left but unfortunately couldn’t move mountains. However, she was so genuine and warm in her manner to ensure I had a great delivery experience. Patrick, Paris and Olivia were all over it at the delivery and made it a super easy and exciting handover, and before I knew it, I was off in my brand new Formentor Vzx.I cannot recommend Jo-Anne and the team more highly. It has been a wonderful purchase and I’m currently loving every time I hop in for a drive, at 4000km in now. Cupra Indooroopilly are outstanding in their professionalism and care.Thanks again, and I can’t wait for the next purchase in 3-5 years!

I wasn’t sure what to expect from Cupra, but I was really surprised at how good the experience has been.A very good showroom presentation, and extremely pleasant sales team.I was helped by Jo who does a very impressive job of everything from outlining the specs of the vehicles through to the final delivery experience.The brand is aiming to engage the passion of driving, and the Cupra Indooroopilly garage certainly excels.

Every time I call to speak to sales, I can never get through and despite leaving a message never get a return call.
