How can I get my money back???I bought a gift voucher for a family member, but the store has now closed and all traces are gone. The phone numbers do not work, the email address returns nothing, the website offers no assistance…. The place has simply vanished and utterly ripped me off. Can anyone help??

What can I say, if I could give more stars I would!! I have been coming to see the beautiful Anna and her beautiful shop for 7 years. Each year I come to Caloundra I make sure to pay a visit or two. I don't look anywhere else as Anna has a keen sense of style and her service is impeccable. I have come to feel like I am visiting a friend rather than just a shop.
