Was passing by the clinic Saturday and thought I would pop in and enquire about some laser removal hair treatments for my teenage daughter. The whole team were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me with any question I had. So impressed with how much knowledge these girls had and how happy they were to help!! Such a friendly place guys keep up the good work can't wait to start my daughters journey.

Highly recommend clear skincare for all your laser hair removal needs. Very happy with the results. Be sure to ask for Steph, great customer service and has not disappointed.

Worst customer service from the manager. The level of disrespect I have encountered from her. I have been to the clinic a few times and never had an issue. I received a phone call last week which she persisted I was not able to do my treatment because I had no “acne” when my skin hasn’t been checked in person. She then refused to give her name. Rang another clinic and they were able to help me. Disgusting behaviour.

Jess did an amazing facial for my mom today and she was really nice! She explained the purpose & benefits of each step during the facial very well and curated a really nice skincare routine for both myself and my mom. Highly recommend seeing Jess if you ever get a facial there!

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional, and they took the time to understand my concerns and provide me with personalised recommendations.The staff made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire treatment, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.Overall, I would highly recommend Clear Skin Care to anyone looking for high-quality skin care services. I had all my laser sessions with Gloria and I can't be more than grateful. She's patient, a good listener and explains the full process in a very easy way. She never got bored of my multiple questions, I loved her!

I did advance derma-pen procedure at Clear Skincare Clinic at Hurstville May last year - my face should have recovered within a week. After a week I went back as my face was in a really bad condition - I have been told to just use scrub and it will be fine. I did as I was told and my face reacted negatively. It was painful, itchy and it didn't seem to get any better with time. I contacted the Clinic and been told to come for a scrub there - I have refused doing another scrub - since their recommendation brought me to this state. Miranda Clinic tried to help and convince me to do LED light therapy, unfortunately it didn't work. I went to dermatologist few weeks after the treatment - severe allergic reaction, I was given steroid ointment for a month and told to never ever do any treatment this of sort. It took me nearly 2 months to recover. Pictures were taken while I was getting LED light treatment.Ive had many of the derma-pen treatments before, numerous times and it was always fine with amazing effects.I requested a refund in October/ November 2021 - we're in Feb 2022 and it doesn't seem like I will get any. Nobody cares, called and emailed several times. Hurstville Clinic manager is the most rude and unprofessional person you can imagine. Save yourself money, pain and negative effect and don't go there. Ever.

Worst customer service ever!!!! I am not kind of person who gives review on simple silly mistake they did but this was worst. They don't know how to talk with customer. Very rude. No proper policy. They speak whatever they want to. High charges for stupid little things. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this clinic. You'll regret as I am.

I went to the Clear skin clinic Hurstville today to get a deposit back which I have paid earlier. Perviously I had a bit of bad experience with another person from that clinic.But the customer service ladies Angelica and Jessica were absolutely amazing today and they helped me to use my deposit in another service and offered me use the extra money to book for another one.I really appreciate their help and effort and that’s how Customer Service should be.Highly recommended.
