They use very very bad OPT machine in use for laser hair removal as it doesn’t completely work and it’s useless.I only had realised after having 6 session on different body parts at first stage. Followed by another 6 in whole body.Nothing has changed in my body hair in different parts after that many session. I feel like I have more hair then before. It’s completely useless that’s why I mention.I talked to them calling them and visiting their store and the manager lady Tiffany told she couldn’t do anything and always blamed on hormones and keep explaining without even letting me talk to make sure they did the right things even without any result seaw (at least I should have sn slight result, it looks worse). I believe their equipment is the problem also in the whole body laser, they hardly take 20 mins so don’t know is that reasonable time frame for whole body and some extras.As it doesn’t work properly and their equipment and rushing is the problem they advertise it cheap in Groupon tooI would recommend anybody over there as I got trapped and don’t want anybody else to be the victim of their dysfunctionality and they know that too.They didn’t care to fix this too when approached only offered one session which is useless which I already know after that any sessions.

Got my eyebrows shaped and waxed for only $10 with a Groupon special.Great experience and I love the look of my new eyebrows!Girl was gentle and nice.Thank you!

Went to Beecroft after 4 sessions in Rhodes. Even though I showed the prices I paid in Rhodes they wouldn’t honour the same prices being the same company.Then first session lady couldn’t care wanted it to be over as soon as possible. She was treating the conductive gel like it was something really expensive and not applying properly that I have a severe burn on my wrist.Second and third session was okay, done by a middle eastern lady.4th session They booked me with the wrong person and was the same as the first session. Felt like I the reverse of hair removal this last session. I am sooo patchy areas where they just didn’t bother. Absolute joke of a place.

I been tried many others salon to do my laser treatment, it doesn't work on me as much as what I expect for. Eventually, I came to Embrow Beauty, the staff there was very polite and professional. I done my laser treatment in 10 session, it was absolutely working on me. I'm very satisfaction for the result. I happy to keep going with Embrow Beauty, consider to get few more session for touch up and move on to do other part for the laser treatment. They did the great job! I definitely would recommend my friends come to do laser treatment.

Very happy with the results of my micro blading sessions! They were professional and explained everything.

Came here because my friend recommended the signature facial and that the extractions were good. However, when i got there the facial DID NOT include extractions which was incredibly disappointing and confusing since it is an essential part of a facial.The very next day, another friend of mine went for the signature facial and the lady confirmed that the extractions were INCLUDED in the facial after my friend inquired if extractions were part of it at the START of the facial.After hearing this, I called up asking about the extractions that I missed out on and the lady proceeded to call my friend a liar. She also said that my friend got the extractions because she paid extra for a glycolic peel. However, my friend confirmed with her at the start whether the extractions were included and added the peel AFTER the extractions were done.All in all, very unprofessional and there is no customer service. My friends and I are not returning here.

I discovered this place when I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal sessions and in the end I ended up purchasing more sessions through Embrow because of the professional and thorough service by Madeline. I am very happy with the service I received and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get any treatment they offer. I will definitely be coming back for my top-up sessions.
