Brilliant service from literally anywhere in Australia. We called with a joey down in far western Queensland and they found a carer only 15km from where we were camped. The carer came out and picked him up and still calls us every month with progress reports.

We called them because we found a snake on top of our car when driving! They were very nice and told us they could find a snake catcher for us. The snake ended up leaving away but we are very glad they picked up our urgent call.

An amazing lady retrieved an ibis that was in very poor shape. Additionally, the lady who took the call took my call seriously. They were quick and compassionate, I wouldn't have wanted to touch it with a 10 foot pole but this lady picked it up like it was her baby.

Very special thankyou to Daemon and the team at Wildlife Rescue Inc for their prompt support in helping us find us Express Wildlife Rescue. Daemon's help enabled us to save the life of a little 9 month old Western grey joey. THANKS again, Kandi and Michael.

We found a joey on the road after it's mum was killed by a vehicle in front of us. We called these guys and they had a fellow from about 40km away came and rescued the joey and we have seen the joey sinnce then and he is doing really well.

The people on the phone were wonderful. Supportive and compassionate. The old fellow who called about my experience somewhat less so. Glad I don't work for them I think.
