I contacted Air-Max Air conditioning as I was looking for quotes for a New Air Conditioning System in my home as Summer is just around the corner. The Sales Consultant on the phone was very friendly & the costing with included installation was a fraction of the price other Air Conditioning companies were ask so I went ahead. The Guy came installed my New Air Conditioning System the next day who was very friendly & tidy & cleaned up before he left. I am very Impressed & happy with my New Air Conditioning System. Highly Recommended.!!!

Initially I was contacted about an appointment on a weekday and told I could be booked in as the 2nd job for that day. As I was told I was unable to be squeezed in for the 1st job of the day on this particular day, I changed my booking to another day so I didn't have to use too much of my own leave to have a BRAND NEW SYSTEM repaired. I changed my booking for WEEKS later to accommodate the promise of being the first job of the day.On the day of my booking, it's almost past the end of my allocated timeslot, on the day that I was promised that I would be the first job for the day. When I spoke to reception, they had squeezed someone in" before me. So apparently I am not allowed to be squeezed into the first job of the day

I contacted Air Max in November 2017 to repair one of the 4 air conditioners that they installed into our house, which were still under warranty. I also wanted them to quote on an additional 5th air conditioner for our home. They said they would get back to me but never did. I called again in January 2018 and explained the above. They gave me a date 2 weeks later, saying they were going to come mid morning". After taking the day off work specifically for their arrival

Airmax did our installation over 5 years ago when we were building. We’ve used them to service the ducted unit since then and their service is excellent. They've always arrived as booked and followed up when required. They also have a great bunch of technicians working for them.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Had one of their technicians come out to check a warranty repair on a Fujitsu air conditioner. They advised me it was an installation error & to contact the installer & then told me I had to pay over $200 for a callout fee - even though I was going to use them to do the repairs & they had NEVER disclosed the fee to me when I booked the inspection after being given their details from Fujitsu. Had the installer out & he advised it was NOT an installation fault. So I then contacted Fujitsu to raise my concerns - they sent out one of their direct technicians who within a minute diagnosed it as being a manufacturer fault & will be replacing the part at no cost. So lucky for me I didn’t pay the callout fee or organise the repairs I had been advised were needed. Fujitsu were EXCELLENT - Air Max dealings were deplorable and their technical information INCORRECT.

They suggested and installed a split system air con unit that capacity was way too low for the space. I have since had to get another air con company out that is going to remove the unit to place in a bedroom and replace the one in the living area with a higher kw capacity unit to cool the house. It appears that their recommendation came from measuring up the immediate space without taking into account the archways leading into the other living room, the kitchen and hallway that can't be closed off. It was disappointing and is going to be very costly to change.

After being told by two other contractors that it was impossible to air condition the office that is separate to our home I phoned Air Max as we had used their services at our previous house. They showed up, in time and not only did the job without complaint or hesitation the price was much lower than I expected. Super happy with the outcome!

Fantastic Service. These guys were great right from the initial phone call to the tech fixing our aircon, they were polite, friendly as well as being efficient and on time. Highly recomended.
