Called them on Monday and they booked us in for Tuesday. Arrived when they said they would and had the job done in quick time. Had the replacement part on board. Will definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommend this company. Prompt, professional and well priced.

My fridge was broken this morning & I called this local Company for the first time. Ross new straight away that the element had gone & replaced it with a new one. I was very happy with the service, quick response & the price. Ross was very professional, knowledgable & did a great job. I would certainly recomend this Company & would call Ross again if needed in the future.

Rang Ross this morning was honestly expecting a massive bill but was willing to pay since he said he’d be able to come same day as contact and needed the work done. Ross fixed the washing machine door, came at the time he stated and the invoice was much less than I had anticipated. I recommend this business for repair and will use his business in the future if I ever need anything done. Thank you Ross you are a legend brother

Wow, Ross is amazing! Our 3Y Electrolux fridge cooked itself overnight.Ross was able to swing by and diagnose the issues in about 15 mins. Fortunately we live close to the parts shop so he zipped over to buy two new parts and replaced in 10 mins. The fridge is colder than ever.Thanks very much Ross and we'll definitely use your services next time. Highly recommended!

My wife was quoted almost $500 by another company for service and a part they said could take up to 7 days to order. Ross had the part overnight and was able to fix the machine the same day for half the cost. Honest, prompt and friendly. Highly recommended. Thanks Ross.

Ross is a knowledgeable fellow. Beware though of his flat rate charging. Good value if he fixes the appliance but a real sting if, as he did today, just says there is nothing he can do and then charges nearly $150 for that advice! But has been much better value in the past.

Words cannot express how professional and patient Ross was with our washing machine problems. He bent over backwards despite having to travel a bit of distant to help us.Providing a loaner washing machine was great while he professionally dealt with ours.Attention to detail was refreshing and not giving up until he solved all the issues. Contacted Ross about a leak in my washing machine and found his knowledge of what the most likely cause of the problem to be very helpful. He came out and picked up the machine and had it fixed and back to me in 2 days and even had the old parts with him to show me what had caused the leak and the cost came in under what he had estimated.I found Ross to be honest and very prompt and helpful and would recommend him to any one needing an appliance repaired . I will definitely use him again if needed .

Had a 5 year old 7.5kg Simpson Washing Machine breakdown and I wanted to use a local company. Contacted Ross late on a Thursday afternoon and was surprised to get a person and not an answering machine. Gave him the details of the machine and problem over the phone.He had the part ordered the next day and called me to let me know what was the status and expected costs that morning .He called the next business day to let us know approximately when he would be in that day to make the repairs which cost about 1/2 what a new machine would of cost. That’s a significant saving if our washing machine hangs in there.Ross was professional , punctual and offered great communication.Hoping we don’t have any other appliance breakdowns in the future but I would confidently use Bayside Appliance Repairs again.
