NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. My uncle bought a dinning table and chairs. One of the Chairs had damage and he requested for a replacement. However the storemanager was not cooperating with us at all, to point where my uncle had a big argument with the her. In the end he left the chair at the store and vowed never again to buy anything from this lady and this store.

0 rating, Worst place I have ever been to have shopped at we spent just under $10,000 on furniture and a bed most of the products are good one part of the lounge is damaged after 3 months use, we ring up about the warranty and send photos, the reply was not a manufacture issue without coming out and inspecting it when i know it’s a faulty product what lounge lasts 3 months with minimal use. Absolute rubbish and further more apparently the the foam weakens over time and usage so with 3 months of minimal use I have had issues have contacted my lawyer and we have read over the warranty and we will be taking this further all this bloody fuss over a lounge they could replace easily without having to take legal action and would of kept a happy regular customer but if that’s the way they want it that’s fine with me

Me and my brother bought a new lounge there in April and it is awesome! ... we didn’t feel pressured into buying it and were shown alternatives to make sure we got the right one. The lady in the store and the men that delivered it were wonderful! Totally recommend them!

If I could give zero rating I would, the customer service I received today was disgusting. I asked a simple question about a couch and the lady who served me said “you tell me” in a rude manner. How do you expect to make a sale with the worst customer service. You are better off going to Fantastic Furniture, at least you’ll get good customer service there.

I have recently bought a bed from this store and I have been waiting more 2 months for it. Whenever i ask the store manager about the status of my bed she keeps extending the delivery date. And she has the audacity to ask me for the remaining money of bed with no guarantee for its delivery. Also this lady accuses my daughter of being stubborn for not choosing a different bed cus then it make it easier for them. They have told us the wait would be only 4 to 6 weeks but I have been waiting more than 8 weeks and they seem not to realise i still haven't received my product.I have lost all patience with store and this woman and I would recommend others to never buy from here ever again.
