Fiero Electrical And Air Conditioning

Installed a rangehood on my property. Bent the unit out of shape including plastic side parts causing hairline fractures in the plastic. The side plastic parts have completely perished and the unit has collapsed under it’s weight. The install is out of warranty and the unit still works so I would have thought a proper installation of the unit would have lasted longer than 2-3 years. Fiero are not responding to my queries on this matter. Very unsatisfied.
