Visited there 5:20 and bought a lotto ticket on(18/05/2019 *5:21:28 PM*)I was rude by staff girl and she looks like a chinese.She is too ignorant, rude and unprofessional.When I asked her to pay for my ticket, she was talking with other staff indian girl and she didn’t even say “Hi” to me.It cost about $2.85 when I played first time. This is my second time playing Saturday lotto.I chose Saturday lotto 4 games with 8 numbers first. I didn’t expect that the total price of my ticket will be around $79 and I thought the price will be the same. When the girl scanned my ticket, it cost about $79. She said I chose a lot of numbers and I told her back I would like to remove some numbers. After that, I asked her how much it cost to pay 7 numbers in one ticket. She looks inpatient and she told me that U SHOULD check from the poster before buying it.It looks like the customers doesn’t even have a chance to ask something that they want to know.After I paid money, SHE didn’t even give the Registered Ticket to me from the Printer or At least she should say I can take it. The ticket was on the printer. She served another customer and I asked her “could I take my ticket?”. It is not busy time in store , 3 customers including me with two staffs and I was waiting there to get the Registered Ticket from her. Not enough doing that to me, she didn’t even say at least “Sorry” to me. Such a terrible customer service.Her face belongs to rude manners and IGNORANT and she doesn’t know how to treat the customer nicely.

Rude service by one of the employees. I was looking at different brands of calculators and I asked “what is the difference between these two brands?” She proceeded to thrust the calculators at me and say “I’m sure you can read.” Very unhelpful and rude. (Visited at 2:00pm June 10 2018)

Very rude people work here! Woman calling customers names and bullying them to do work for her. Very mean to an old lady for no reason, old lady very upset they don't care

Shame on this newsagent. The two covid masks I just purchased for $25 are totally ineffective. There is no wire for the nose and you may as well not be wearing one. I returned (without a refund) the Fashion masks" and advised they should not be selling them."

staff are really nice people, helpful and friendly, they have lots of magazines and newspapers, lovely greeting/birthday cards & lots of gifts for birthdays etc.

The Indian lady is not customer friendly. I took a few lotto tickets approximately 7 in which all were winners totalling about $140.00. I had 5 scratch tickets whereas two of them were also winners. I’d ask for a third one to be check and after asking if it was a winner she said NO! Very rudely. No customers were in line. She also asked if I wanted to purchase more tickets after confirmation of the 7 winning tickets and when I replied I’d rather just take the money her attitude suddenly changed. Come on, it’s Christmas time lighten up and either hire someone with a cheerful attitude towards customers or give this person some follow-up training on how not to respond in such a rude manner to when reply to a customer’s query.
