Received a warm welcome and the full attention from the assistant with a wedding dress fitting. Lovely private large area to try on and plenty of time to discuss and make a decision. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Holly looking for a bridal gown. 12 weeks out I had got a call that my original dress my from a different boutique had discoloured and wasn't salvageable. Holly provided a wonderful experience for me when I came in nervous and stressed, even holding a gown overnight which was the last one available, while I assessed my options.

Blonde girl who works here is so rude. Completely ignored me in store - then later see her on her lunch break being entitled and demanding to the workers at a cafe.

After calling to confirm they were open today (Easter Monday), I turned up 20 mins later to what looked like a closed store, I phoned again while at the front, they came up opened the door to tell me that they have a appointment with a very important private PR visitor and I wasn’t allowed in. Seriously why waste my time!! I have purchased a number of dresses in the past, but today I was completely turned off. Won’t be buying from them again.

I bought four Magnolia dresses for my bridesmaids for my wedding and realised after purchasing them how bad the quality was. Even when we were trying them in the store one of my bridesmaids had to be cut out of the dress as the zipper broke. After making a complaint to the store they had no interest in resolving the issue. On the wedding day the dresses literally fell apart (the boning came out and the splits ripped more and more throughout the day). Very poor quality and unprofessional customer service. Not what you'd expect for close to $1000 dresses.

Could not agree more with the below review from Tiana. My mother experienced the exact same thing today and was frowned upon when asking for a size which wasn’t skinny or skinner. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in any store. She was looking to purchase a gown for mother of the bride and the shop attendants didn’t help with sizing, change rooms and to top it off ignored us in the store. Absolutely appalled.
