Hayden is one of the most effective massage therapists I’ve been to in years. He takes a targeted approach to resolving pain and tight muscles from my exercise training load and sitting at a desk all day. Would highly recommend his treatments!

Hayden is excellent at his craft. As a middle aged active female I have ongoing injuries that cause pain. Regular treatments with Hayden have led to a lessening of pain thus increasing my mobility enabling me to participate in the sports and gym that I want to. Hayden is a friendly and respectful young gentleman. I have referred my family members who have also benefited from his massage. I highly recommend this business.
