With not much knowledge of the property market, I decided to take a brave step to purchase a property. I saw a property that I really liked to call it my home and went to an open day inspection. I came in contact with Brendan who answered all my questions. Buying a house in not easy particularly when you are alone doing this. Very Helpful. After selling our home of 32 years we needed somewhere to rent for what we thought would be a year while our unit was being built up the coast. AP realty were very friendly and helpful in obtaining a property to rent. Once our lease expired, we needed somewhere else to go as the unit was still not ready, they were so very helpful in obtaining us another property in a very tight rental market.
