The whole team was excellent, Spoke to Vanessa in the office and kindly guaranteed me that it will be delivered the next day as I needed it urgently.Then the delivery person Paul was great, advised me of possible delivery time twice, and assisted me from end to end. Great store... Mattress have yet to try but i'm sure its great.

I don't usually leave reviews but the service I received from the bedding warehouse team was exceptional so I had to share! I ordered two mattresses online and left a note for delivery requirement and they were able to communicate via email with no hassle. I had to change my delivery time for a couple time and the team was very happy to assist! Upon delivery, they found out that I ordered a wrong size, I felt so bad but they were very happy to swap it for me free of charge and ensure me that it happened all the time so don't be sorry. The service team is very attentive, flexible and easy to communicate with. In additional, the two pillow top mattresses we got are very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place - good quality products, easy check out and communication and exceptional service!
