Chemist Warehouse Airport West

Easily the worst customer service of any of the CW franchises in the North West. Front of counter staff are fine, but the attitudes of the Pharmacists are nothing short of pathetic. If I could give you 0 stars I would. You disgust me.

Chemist Warehouse is usually a great place to go, knowledgeable, fast... This one is not. Airport West branch of Chemist Warehouse is the absolute worst one in Australia, they repeatedly make mistakes on prescriptions and medication refills, they're constantly on the phone repeating themselves or dancing in circles, and they do not know Insulin from Ibuprofen.If your script says 5x5 it does not mean 1x2" how are you a bloody chemist with that kind of math?"

Wonderful service always helping and kind no matter how busy they are thanks guys can always count on you all

messed up my prescription twice now and they’re so unapologetic about it, overall a really uncomfortable rude experience

Cashiers don't have a good manner. And never say “Hello” or “Thank you” as basic manner.

In the past, I’ve had to wait 30 minutes to collect my medication from this pharmacy. What a rapid improvement! I waited 15 minutes, collected my medication and I was provided excellent counselling by an intern pharmacist! Well done! Clearly, management has taken steps to enhance the timeliness of the pharmacy service!

I went this morning to ask nicely to certify one document, and the staff gave me a hesitation look and ask the pharmacist, and he said that the pharmacist is busy, so I said that I can wait, but they insist that can't ceryify only document. How on earth to tell a customer like that.

Never come here the staff there are dodgy and horrible customer service multiple times that I have been there they scan extra items that I never placed I couldn’t imagine how many people they rip off and take money from negative rating

Helpful staff on aisles.My wife who is of Asian decent and hasn’t been in Australia to long and is trying her hard to fit in , but when she tried to get a Stat Declaration signed she was asked for Id . The person before us was from Caucasian decent and was never asked fir ID . Isn’t mandatory that they check your ID for security reasons?? When I questioned this I was dismissed rudely.My wife was very hurt as she was being racially abused. Not good enough! And she was made to go back 3 times after the fact . All they have to do is quickly sign it would take longer to make a script. I understand they may have been busy but, the shop was quiet at the time.Rant over…
