The service is extremely poor. I have used their service in 2019 but I have not got my tax return back by now. The most important thing is accountant does not often answer my call. He only checked and updated my tax when I called and requested. There have been 3 amendments to my tax return but this accountant has not seem to find out what is the incorrect information in my tax return. It turned out that my name on the application and tax return were not matching but the account did not really care. His latest response to me was they confirmed they got everything that they needed". However
