Anju has been doing my brows for the last 5 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else as she does an amazing job! Very professional and friendly, she always makes my visits enjoyable and relaxing. All the staff there is also very friendly, welcoming and do a great job. Highly recommended!

I’ve been here previously and had no issue with the threading and tinting but this time around I had asked for thin eyebrows similar to my current shape and I left with really overdone thick eyebrows that had tint above my eyebrow where there was no defined brow line…. I’ve had to scrub at my eyebrows with a bunch of different products to get the tint off my skin so I don’t look like angry bird anymore…. Disappointed this time. Don’t think I’ll risk it again here.

At first glance, eyebrows looked good but now I see they’re very over processed, with sticky out bits everywhere. Also died them very too dark.Eyelash lift was dreadful. No curl, almost completely upright. Very over processed and are snapping off now a week later.Woman was on the phone to her mum the whole time she done my brows and lashes, nearly an hour of her chatting away loudly whilst leaning over me.Would not recommend nor would I return.

Terrible service and terrible helpful customers with problems or faults. I had came in and asked for a brow elimination Thought I had gotten that realised after a week that my brows were fading and came to the shop to be helped and just to get told their worker made the mistake but no refund or redo was offered very rude especially for mothers like myself who find it hard to find the time to do it to begin with! Poor service and mistakes made will not be corrected
