Great friendly service at great prices

I had a really disappointing experience with Rokeby Service Centre. I brought my car in for repairs and provided a detailed condition report, but they charged me a check fee and didn't do anything to address the issues I raised. I feel like I was taken advantage of and charged unfairly. I wouldn't recommend this service centre to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy car repairs.

0 StarsDo not bring your car here.They charge a ridiculously high service fee and do not do the job. After I got my car back I discovered there was a major oil leak, in addition to other issues that they never flagged. Total rip off.

My partners car spat the dummy and these guys let me come in that afternoon before close and helped fix it back up. Just changed to them as our regular service as time and time again, they deliver excellent and affordable servicing which gets you back on the road sooner rather than later!!

had my power steering and transmission fluid changed. a charge was added on for degreasing the engine bay but theres oil all over the originally clean sway bar.

This is my regular service centre and my family have been bringing cars to Richard to service for years. Always helpful and I trust their advice. The regular log-book services are cheaper than the car retailers/agents, too. Happy to recommend them.

Worst service around, very poor quality work, no pride in the work that comes out of this workshop. Might be friendly when it comes to paying them but very unprofessional when you take your vehicle back to repair incorrectly fitted, damaged parts, new leaks. I had taken my vehicle to Richard to have my clutch changed and ended up with bolts missing everywhere around my gear box, leaking gear box fluid, misaligned gearbox which damaged my rear main assembly leaking engine oil and also damaged input shaft assembly, cracked my bell housing and had a cable and bracket dangling on my drive shaft, however when he had my vehicle on 8 separate occasions to repair the damage he caused nothing was done, when I pointed out the missing bolts his response was its not lining up
