Intrepid Fitness
Intrepid is a great gym not only for fitness training but a learning ground for nutrition needs and opportunities to participate in fitness challenges to raise money for charities. The members are very friendly and social. The instructors and owner Mazz will give you their time to work on your fitness goals and help you achieve your desired outcomes. Its fun and personal and you are not just a number or membership to them you are a MEMBER WHO MATTERS! Check it out, what do you have to lose?

At the age of 60 something, this is the first gym I’ve ever joined and so glad I did. Daniel and his team of trainers are a very warm, caring and knowledgeable group who made me feel comfortable as soon as I joined.It’s great to know there is always a trainer there to ensure I do each exercise correctly and encourage me.

All the staff at Intrepid are amazing. As a beginner going to the gym and starting with PT sessions Daniel was incredibly encouraging. It is such a pleasant and friendly environment full of smiling faces and terrible jokes. I’ve recommended Intrepid Fitness to a lot of my friends. Friendly staff and great facilities, couldn’t recommend the team highly enough

Great community orientated gym. The Intrepid team has some awesome group class offerings that has resulted in them establishing a loyal following over the years. It’s getting even better since moving to Nunawading- they now offer an extensive range of equipment within an elite facility with lots of space. Really love the recovery lounge and the great vibe in the place!

Our family love intrepid fitness, great community orientated gym and we always love our sessions and how welcoming everyone is. When teenage kids even get up at 5:30am to go to the gym you know they definitely love it. Thanks Mazz and all the trainers for making our workouts fun instead of a chore.

Mazz and the crew run a fantastic gym. No egos just a family friendly, positive environment. My special needs daughter has PT every week and every one is respectful and accommodating to her individual needs. I highly recommend if you want a personalised approach.

I was looking to join a fitness club for myself and my 13 year old son and found Intrepid Fitness. I absolutely love all their sessions and good thing is I don’t have to force my son to wake up early as he also enjoys the classes. It’s fitness with fun. Such friendly trainers specially Daniel who encourages you to push yourself. Always look forward for morning classes. Oh and to top it up, my hubby also joined the classes and we work out together as a family.

Suits all levels of fitness and ages. Trainers take time to get to know you and are always there to advise what is appropriate if injured and correcting technique. Clean facilities and always fun.
