I went there today to buy a mobile Wi-Fi, after waiting for 20 minutes, I was told by a female customer service that I need to book for this and the waiting list is 2 weeks long, she offers offered us putting our name on cancellation list.Imagine, all this waiting just to buy a small box that is ready to purchase, not to solve a problem.In other shops like JB HiFi, it takes few minutes to get serviced.Since everything is to waitlisted for, then They should not let anyone to enter the shop except those who have appointments, and there should be signs on the front door mentioning this.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. The first person to help was nice but had to get a manager as we had account billing trouble. The manager had a bored, constipated face and attitude for an issue that just needed a bit of explaining and compassion. I can’t recommend highly enough to cut ties with Telstra and especially this store as I was left so aggravated and dumbfounded he could have a job in customer service. Please put this person through CRM training.

Not happy. Have a signal problem with mobile WiFi which also effects my mobile phone and 20 people on a list to see a Telstra team member in front of me. I was told I might not see anyone today.Hopefully I can get it sorted next time I'm in town.UPDATE UPDATE UPDATEAfter a chat via Facebook chat it was decided I needed to make appointment and go in.I had also sent an email to Telstra Wagga and got a return email asking my contact details. Done.They rang and were very helpful. Told me what I needed and purchasing soon.Thankyou Telstra.

Incredibly poor service, improper communication given, staff like to play mind games, leave you hanging, have zero professionalism whatsoever, sold me a dud phone to start off with, staff weren't remotely interested in my needs and selling me a phone that was suitable, left me hanging without a phone on purpose because staff can't explain information needed correctly. You are an absolute joke Telstra, especially selling a dud phone to a business owner and leaving them hanging.Work on your communication skills and remember you have to meet the needs of customers and its a not a one size fits all, you have to work on your communication skills, and have the same manner in communicating for all upgrades and services. Very poor and very disgraceful.

Customers service, absolutely none.Could not speak to any staff on the day I made the trip to the store, told I probably could not speak to staff member until next day.This is not the way for Telstra to keep customers, especially in Wagga Wagga.

The most useless Telstra Store in Australia!After waiting for 30 minutes to be acknowledged by a team member we were told we would be put on a wait list and be sent a text when it’s our turn in the queue. We waited 4 hours.They sent us the text and when we arrived at 3:00pm we were told that they can’t help us because it was too close to closing time. It was a Really really disappointing experience it also didn’t help that the staff were rude and lacking confidence and communication skills.They don’t value there customers and there customer service skills are unfortunately extremely terrible.
