Disappointing!Had to take the Chicken Burger back as it was totally overcooked & dried out, plus it looked aneamic....NOT at all like you advertise on your boards!Could have broken a window with it & wouldn't have fed it to my dog. Wilted lettuce.The replacement which I took with me was just as bad and I only ate 2 mouthfuls.The chicken wrap I bought for my partner in Mareeba hospital as a treat was just as bad. Hard dried out chicken meat, off coloured bacon & poor excuse for pieces of lettuce.Again INEDIBLE!Also ordered a cappuccino extra hot....NOT HOT! How hard is it!!Ended up throwing the food out and drinking warm cappuccino!You need to lift your game McDonald's MAREEBA if this is what you are regularly serving your VALUED CUSTOMERS!You've lost this CUSTOMER as I will NOT be back!Hope a little of people see this poor rating and actually complain like I did about POOR QUALITY but to get 3/3 strikes is just NOT GOOD BUSINESS.Not a Happy Girl.

McDonald's Mareeba served me the best Big Mac I've ever had. I'm old and I used to work at Maccas! Service was friendly and excellent.

The Angus burger I ordered looked like it had been thrown together in such a hurry they forgot half the things, a speck of lettuce and a tiny portion of bacon, I think relish was supposed to go on this. I was disappointed because I don't often eat this.

I don't eat a lot of Macdonalds but due to time constraints I use the drive thru at Mareeba once a week if I am working out that way. I have been doing this for 2 years or so. I have just noticed in the last 2- 3 months that the service and quality of food has improved significantly. The orders have been consistently correct, the fries have been full and there have been napkins in the bag.Thanks. it's appreciated whoever has decided to give the crew a kick up the bum.

My meal sat on the counter getting cold. My number was not called out. I enquired and got my meal only to find that the syrup, butter and cutlery were NOT included. By the time I got my 'hot' cakes, they were COLD. As I live quite a distance from MacDonalds, I was extremely disappointed. I usually enjoy hot cakes. I will NOT go there again.

Entering the place and the whole area looks very dirty, not a lot of people inside.Most of the table is not wiped . A certain place near the toilet, the table was not wipe and the floor was not swiped , chairs was scattered in the walkway, toilet was dirty, window glass is full hand print are visible, we to moved to another area that looks a bit ok.I mentioned this to the management and they seems unaware of the problem.

Terrible service always getting my order wrong. Absolutely filthy floor hasn't seen a mop since it opened staff members are pathetic. Let's not mention how the local aboriginals trash the place and leave it smelling like a dump.
