Just ordered a Corolla Hatch the other weekend. Humberto was very helpful, welcoming and professional to deal with.He followed up with an email later that week with further instructions and detail around the order process, and will keep us up to date with the order tracking.0I look forward to dealing with him again when our vehicle arrives.

Staff are polite, that's the only reason they get 2 stars. In all honesty I've given them 3 strikes and all in the service department.1: Didn't fill front diff oil properly on service. Had to do myself.2: Requested leaf springs be greased, informed it was done yet on inspection had not. (Even double checked on collection)3: brake caliper retaining pins clips not reinstalled on brake change.(see photo result).I will not be servicing with Toyota again. I doubt I'll purchase a Toyota again which is a shame as I've driven one for 23 years. Come on guys please be better.

We would like to support the local dealership, but the recent purchase experience of our first new Toyota in Hornsby wasn't as good as our expectation. We finally purchased it because the vehicle talks itself. The reputation of the brand is unquestionable worldwide.We hope the company could improve the respect and honesty of their clients. There is nothing wrong to be honest and patient with first new car buyers with a lot of questions and concerns.

Really great Toyota dealership. Elfin was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I’ve purchased from other Toyota dealers in the past but have not received this level of communication & professionalism. I’ll be back to order again with Elfin when it comes time to upgrade my car.
