The Factory Barber Shop

I cannot stress enough how much I recommend 'The Factory Barber' - it's the only place I'll go for a haircut! Bailey, my go-to barber there, is absolutely phenomenal. I swear, he's like a secret professional hiding behind those scissors and clippers. Not only does he actively listen to exactly what I want, but his ability to incorporate our input and bring his own creative touch to the table is out of this world. I am once again overjoyed with the results and have never been so completely satisfied with a haircut. Bailey deserves a solid 5 out of 5 rating from me, no doubt about it. If you ever find yourself in need of a haircut, make sure to hit him up at 'The Factory Barber' - you won't be disappointed!

I have had several haircuts from here and they have all been good. However Matteus recently cut my hair and it has been the best one yet. I can tell he takes alot of pride in his work and is a perfectionist

The best hair cut I've had in years I travel from Ipswich to get my and my sons hair cuts now. Even my daughter who is a hairdresser compliment my hair cut and the quality of the fade is 2nd to none!

Have been to this barber twice now and have had two different barbers. Both were incredible, super friendly, and experts in their craft. 10/10.

I took my little one in for a haircut. My son cried and screamed the whole time (as some kids do ☺️). Both staff members were friendly and caring. They did an amazing job.

Must be one of the worst customer service you can get. Went once the morning waited for 25 mins and was told there was a booking. So, booked again for 3pm and went there at 2:55 to wait for 20 mins again. The previous customer wanted to get his kid hair done. So total wastage of time = 50 mins. No point of walk in nor booking.

Had a well overdue cut on 31 March from Alex. He did a fantastic job, my hair looks great. Thankyou for your excellent service.

Place had a good ambiance. Got my haircut here for the first time with Alex. He did a fantastic job, fair dinkum and good conversationalist too. Definitely would recommend.
