I admit, when I first saw all these 5-star reviews I felt a bit sceptical, but after doing my first tax return with TaxSure I can assure the reviews are 100% deserved.I got the deadline for my tax return wrong and realised it just a few days before. Unfortunately my tax return is a bit more complicated and Nataliya said she can't guarantee that we'll be able to finish it in time and explained to me what will happen if we miss the deadline. Though this made me a bit nervous, I definitely appreciated this straight, direct and honest answer over the typical polite" but empty promises you often get here elsewhere.I did my best to provide all required documents as quickly as possible and Nataliya accepted the challenge and didn't hesitate to go the extra mile (even late in the evening) to finish everything in time. Nat and the staff at Taxsure in Newtown have done an excellent job for myself and my partner in handling our tax returns and various questions throughout the year. They always answer email questions in a timely manner and are knowledgeable about my sometimes complicated tax requirements.
