Michael did a great job cleaning carpet and was very friendly and polite, however the carpet was not dry until the next day which was disappointing when should have been dry in 2/3 hours.

Organising the booking was a bit muddled but once the service provider was located he was organised, efficient & cleaned my rugs well. He was also willing to work on weekends, as I was under a time pressure.
