Worst customer experience I have ever had! I work in customer service and I was so shocked. The guy that served my boyfriend and I was so rude. I’m a traveller and it really ruined my time in Alice Springs, the guy said we have rocks instead of brains, we went to seek a second hand heater hose and told us we should’ve replaced all our hoses before coming to Alice springs and ranted on saying “we’ll be another tourist that cooked their car in Alice springs” wouldn’t tell us where to get the car repaired or seek a hose, no help at all and just horrible. Would never recommend this business.
