We came in as we suspected our dog had a potential obstruction which is what our local vet was testing Ted for and saw the prices here were much more affordable.The staff got our dog in very quickly and we spent about 45 mins with the vet he did a fecal swab covid swab, shot to stop vommitting, xray (at my request for piece of mind) prescribed antibiotics and we bought 4 cans of gastro dog food all for about $100 more then our original vet charged us for consult and half day pet stay.We saved over $1000 on tests heading to this surgery. They had a really sensible approach to testing whilst great expertise in care. Very happy I found this vet.

First visit to this vet clinic and what an amazing experience it was the nursing staff were outstanding our dog felt very relaxed, when we went in to see our vet once again we were meet by veterinarian dr Scott who also treated us and our dog the same way he also made our dog feel comfortable about the hole experience he explained two different procedures in treating our dog’s injury also the after treatment which made us settled and fully comfortable with what was going to be done. So if you are looking for a suitable place to have your fur baby seen and have them get the red carpet treatment then this is the place as it’s clean it’s tidy and have some of the most caring veterinarian staff I have every had the opportunity to meet thank you all so much

We recently had MMP for our boxer X. We were nervous as heck but the vets and nurses here have been excellent taking follow up calls and providing reassurance throughout our experience. We have been for 2 follow ups that were scheduled and unlike other vets they provide the after surgery check ups at no cost. Would definitely recommend

After being very happy with the service I received a few years ago.Today's treatment has me questioning whether I will be returning again.When I arrived for my appointment there was confusion over why I was there. After previously being informed I need to bring my dog in for a consultation due to his ongoing Zydax injections being a prescription medicine. Max had the MMP procedure performed here a little over 3 years ago by Dr Scott Plummer. I was very happy with the results and the service I received from Scott. Zydax was prescribed as a ongoing treatment after surgery to delay the onset of arthritis after cruciate injury.Today the nurse treated me and my dog like an inconvenience. She was patronizing and didn't listen. She even walked off while I was still talking to her.On top of this my dog was taken by this nurse to be quickly examined while I was not even present. I was a little concerned when I could hear growling and distress coming from the room.Also the information given 2nd hand from the present vet via the nurse contradicted previous recommendations. Even the mention of early arthritis?? Isn't this what the Zydax is supposed to help delay? My dog has just turned 7.Also no ice pack was offered to take with the syringes of Zydax. Which needs to be kept refrigerated. Although It had been in the past.Very disappointing.

I am so grateful to have such a knowledgeable, efficient, cost effective pet surgery that’s accessible for me. My dog has recently undergone ACL surgery and the whole process to get her in was effortless. During such a stressful time I am really happy that they were able to alleviate some of that worry. Will definitely be my go-to vets for any of my dogs needs!

So accommodating and my Ruby was looked after. Not only affordable but everyone actually cares about what’s happening to these fur babies. Whilst we waited for Ruby we saw that all the staff interacted with each animal and the animals responded with affection right back. I love my ordinary Vet at Greencross Mudgeeraba “Lisa” but I had to find an affordable way to have my babies legs operated on. So off to Brisbane we went. The surgery on the Gold Coast was going to cost $6500 approximately plus. Brisbane Pet Surgery $1800 including all take home meds.I always try to buy local on GC but this time I just could not justify the difference and I got to go shopping whilst we waited.The next 8 weeks will be tough but in the long run she’s so worth it. My dog Reyne is recovering beautifully from her surgery. The prices here are half of quotes I received elsewhere but the treatment and care we both received was double standard!! Exceptional service and I would recommend this practice to anyone. Reyne won't be going anywhere else in the future.Marina.

Although my cat was less than thrilled with the idea of having his manhood removed, I was delighted by the friendly vets and staff who made him and I feel very comfortable. Prices are great and they’ve always been timely for me.Pictures before and after they drugged him.
