Snooze Highpoint

Terrible customer service. I received wrong advice from snooze sale reps which then prevented me from returning items.They do anything to make a sale but then provide zero assistance to try and fix problems. Do not recommend shopping at this store.

Was super friendly and when it came to delivery and set up when the extra mile.Super happy and impressed with my new bedroom package.

Went into Snooze Highpoint looking to purchase a mattress that would fit my bedframe. Richard was very knowledgeable about all the mattress products and guided me through my decision process. He was friendly, approachable and attentive. I ultimately bought a mattress and am happy with the professional service provided.

We purchased a bedroom suite from Snooze Highpoint and found our experience truly enjoyable. Our salesman Joe was very professional and extremely knowledgeable with all facets of Bedding. Pricing was very sharp and we got a great deal, with delivery and assembly included in the price . I had the most fantastic experience with Joe in store when I purchased my new mattress and bed frame. He was so patient in answering all of our questions and educating us on what would be the best fit for me. He was so knowledgeable and understanding, and even made further recommendations about which pillows would be the best based off what I wanted.A special mention to Joe in the warehouse for being super helpful and easy to deal with as I navigated my delivery whilst my settlement was pushed back.Thanks again to all the team at Snooze Highpoint and Warehouse for an easy process all round. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Who knew that looking for a mattress would be super overwhelming?! My partner and I walked into Snooze Highpoint thinking where to start, when a knight in shining armour by the name of Theo came to the rescue!Theo was absolutely amazing in listening to our needs and informing us of the best options like it was his secret power! His knowledge, friendly vibe & attention of detail are superb! He definitely made the process super easy & clear to understand! He was answering all our questions with ease & just like that we found exactly what we were looking for!Safe to say we highly recommend Theo and his team for any mattress & bedding furniture you may require! This relates to the Ellie bedframe andI don't normally leave reviews but feel I had to due to the exceptional service received from Theo.Initially when I made the purchase i was advised incorrectly by another staff member that I would receive two deliveries for the same price as the bedframe was not in stock for a month. This was going to be very inconvenient as I would not have mattresses for my children to sleep on for two weeks.When I rang Theo he went above and beyond to make sure it was rectified, he gave me a more expensive mattress at a lower price (the sealy emperor) AND hunted down a bedframe which he can deliver two weeks earlier than I expected.The kids absolutely love the mattresses which are so much more comfortable.Absolute gentleman and I couldn't be happier. Will definitely go through them again.

I went the other day and was assisted by Chris, I went before closing initially but he was very caring and informed me that because I have circumstances that needed to be catered to that this isn’t something he wanted to rush and that I should come another day, I came back the next day and he gave me a lot of his time to cater to my needs and preferences. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, he was a delight to talk to. A while later I walked out with a mattress, pillow and protective cover. I was more than satisfied with his service, knowledge and price that we had agreed on. I am more than happy that I came back and spent more time with my decision and I am more than happy to come back again in the future. Would recommend!

We had the best experience at Snooze Highpoint. Joe was super helpful from the moment we walked in the door. He assisted us in finding our new bed after several weeks of looking and then helped us find the right type of mattress for our sleep positions. He was super informative and knew exactly what we needed. We highly recommend Joe at Snooze and would absolutely shop here again in the future. Thanks Snooze and Joe for everything!
