Very happy with the customer service from this team. Our new espresso machine didn't come with the right power cord, but when we let the Coffeeteca team know, they sent it out the same day and with coffee beans! We also love our machine and it was a great price.

Recently purchased a Gaggia Pro Classic from Coffeteca. Best price going. Being from interstate I called and spoke with Andrew who was extremely helpful ad friendly without being a 'pushy' salesperson. Speed of delivery and communication via email with invoice and tracking of order was amazing. Ordered on Friday and received by courier on Monday without a delivery fee charge and a bonus packet of Coffeteca coffee beans. Great service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Ordered a Eureka Atom 75 grinder, really happy with the purchase. I had a few questions prior to buying and the guys at coffeeteca replied very quickly and with good info. The grinder arrived promptly and included 1kg of coffee beans and a complimentary tamper mat which was nice. The beans themselves weren't half bad either. Always nice to be able to dial in a new grinder with some free coffee beans.Highly recommend and these guys were the cheapest around also.

I have been in the market for a good Coffee grinder, when I found Coffeeteca on the internet. I called and spoke to Andrew who was very knowledgeable about all things Coffee. He help me greatly with my purchase which I decided to purchase for him a Eureka Helios 65 Coffee Grinder in Chrome. I paid for the Grinder on a Monday afternoon and it arrived from Melbourne to Outer Sydney Metro on Tuesday morning at 10.30am awesome postage speed. The Coffee Grinder is an awesome machine. The Customer service and postage speed made this a really great experience and the little extras in the box really made it special. I would highly recommend anyone who needs anything Coffee give them a Call. I will definitely be purchasing from them in the Future.

Shopping for a Eureka Specialita and Coffeeteca had the best price/package. Its December 2022 and I'm in Sydney and I was worried about shipping delays but I went ahead and ordered it anyway.Coffeeteca had packaged and shipped the grinder first thing the next day and I got it in my hands overnight. Everything came perfectly packaged, my expectations are surpassed! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for coffee gear!

I was researching online for a Gaggia Cadorna Prestige and I found Coffeeteca had it in stock and the best price. I called and spoke to Andrew on a Saturday who was absolutely lovely in giving advice and he also through in a bag of coffee beans. I love my coffee and I love my Gaggia.

Purchased a new grinder from Coffeeteca. The grinder I've been after was difficult to come past, but their stock notification system worked well and let me know when in stock. Speedy delivery and responsive team. I usually deal with Alternativebrewing, but I think Coffeeteca has one me over.they also sent me a eureka branded distributor/tamper and their own beans as well - unncessary but very much appreciated/thankful.Cheers Dudes!
