Pilgrims Cronulla
Excellent vegetarian food. The juice is freshly pressed and large cup is actually LARGE, amazing. Tofu wrap tastes divine, excellent marinade. The potato mushroom pie is fantastic as well. Recommend.

I recently had brunch at Pilgrims Cronulla and while the falafel bowl looked pretty, I was disappointed with the quality of the falafel. The falafel were extremely dry and lacked flavour, which made it difficult to enjoy the dish. I had to order extra hummus to help slide them down.Additionally, it seemed like the falafel had been refried, which only added to their dryness and hardness. While I appreciated the effort put into the presentation of the dish, the lacklustre taste of the falafel left us feeling disappointed.Overall, my experience at Pilgrims Cronulla was not up to my expectations. I hope the restaurant can improve the quality of their falafel to match the level of presentation and ambiance of the establishment.Looking back at it now, I would've preferred my money back. The coffee was nice though!

It took a 20 minutes + bus ride and a 1 hour + train ride from Sydney to Cronulla. Enough time to get my never full stomach in need of some energy again. After a quick search in Maps I stumbled upon Pilgrims. I like the name and the reviews were good so I decided to take a look at the photos, read some of the reviews and find out how far it was from the train station. Since everything looked nice I decided to give the place a try: and am I happy that I did!The location is great if coming by train as the restaurant is only a couple of minutes walk from the station. But, if you're not coming by train you still MUST come to Pilgrims if you enjoy vegetarian food options!Location is great and the eating area is decorated very tastefully. Lots of air flow and natural light.Ordering is easy but I'm not a fan of paying after each order. Is this because Australians had a habit of eating and running? Trust issues?... Lots of great options on the menu but as soon as I saw the halloumi mushroom burger it was a no brainer. I also ordered a side of sweet potato fries, and had an espresso and fudge for dessert.Burger and fries are as good as it gets. Lots of flavour, decent portion and compared to Sydney, a much more reasonable price!Coffee was good but wasn't a fan of the fudge. It was bad but it simply wasn't good either. The staff working there was attentive and seemed genuine on my interactions with them. A welcome change after the many not so great (to put it nicely) experiences in different places in Sydney.Pilgrims is great enough that I already can't wait to return and maybe, just maybe, try a different dish. It's worth the long journey to get here!Come for the food and enjoy the view!

Everything here is vegetarian, im not a vegetarian but it was the only place open at the time and I dont regret going!Neat little place, I can see why people love it. When I entered (first of all, it was really confusing to find the entrance) the entire place was packed and service was fast and straightforward. I will admit, I didnt necessarily feel welcomed or greeted with much friendliness, but I suppose it was just really busy for the staff.I ordered the avocado toast with egg and haloumi, my sister ordered the pancakes. My meal was absolutely delicious, I never knew pesto worked so well with everything on that toast, it was so savoury and rich. Haloumi was cooked perfectly. The pancakes were a little thick and doughy, they absorbed all the syrup instantaneously. We wouldnt personally order the pancakes again, but it was indeed a very filling meal.Cronulla was such a beautiful random location that we stopped by. The vibe was very chill, nice and beachy, I quite liked the area.
