My rating is - 5 but this option isn't available!!!!I am so disgusted and very disappointed since new owner has taken over this particular Dominos restaurant as we haven't tried them since three years ago, so very sad to of found out that the previous owner has sold the franchise and now it's just gone downhill!!! It's best to go to a different Dominos or better still a real deal Italian pizza restaurant where you will never be disappointed, but we were just was in a hurry so thought to grab Dominos on our way back home. Here is what we paid for Burnt uneatable pizzas, either too soggy that the pizza toppings and base is stuck to the box or totally the opposite Burnt and very bad for you, not to mention covered in sauce just like a kindergarten child doing painting or artwork but actually would look better and last but not least seriously mould on the garlic bread.....I know cost of expenses have rised but people's health is a serious and major concern especially youngsters. I would highly recommend that this place gets investigated by Food health authorities. Service was extremely poor, very dirty restaurant, unhygienic, no hair nets worn and gloves, staff and manager's (Kartik) are all extremely rude, disrespectful, unhelpful, unpleasant to speak with and to tell you the truth speaking over a Customer isn't Customer service, I think all staff and manager's need some highly professional training and help if you ask me, as they haven't any clue what so ever on all the above.All I will say is if it's Dominos you like definately go to Five Dock, Strathfield, Marrickville or Drummoyne NOT CROYDON PARK RESTAURANT STAY CLEAR OF IT!!!!

My experience with this store has been honestly great. The delivery, the pick up, the service. I mean look at this pizza it is actually a nice pizza. I have had lots of pizza and many are sloppy. This is a great pizza. Im sorry to hear so many bad reviews about your business Kathy, It is sad that when one bad situation occurs they have to tell everyone but when it goes smoothly they forget to leave reviews. Its like the perfect painting, everyone will point out that one flaw in it.

Big thanks to all the friendly staffs whose always helpful and supportive. Regular order once a week. Pizzas are always good and foods never delayed. Happens one time last minute urgent order. Kartik makes it express service. Solve my problem. Really moves me! Thank you guys!! You guys done a excellent job xx

Absolutely horrible. Ordered 3 pizzas, all 3 were incorrect. Worst was a vegetarian pizza which they managed to put chicken all over. Dealt with the manager" who clearly manages nothing - Kartik. Says she will give a refund that day

Order as a day before for 7pm. It’s now the day of at 7:30 and we’ve been advised the pizza is currently being made. Such a joke as far as I should have just rocked up because I would have had a better chance of having a Pizza made on time then ordering in advance. I was helping you.

Consistantly one of the best Dominoes in Sydney. Never had a bad pizza and always delivered on time. Toppings are always fresh and the dough is soft and scrumptious.

Vegetarian pizza had chicken piece in it.Strand of hair in the pizza.Unprofessional, rude staff behaviour.Store front was dirty and had dead worm on the floor.Staff not following hygiene and wasn't wearing hair net.More than the pizza, their focus was on selling the face mask.No photo of pizza on Dom checker.Enough points to avoid the store completely.

Every time I've been served here the people have been nice and understanding. If an order is messed up, they fix it with no issue and even nice enough to add on a bread or drink. Way better than the strathfield store by far. I give it a 10/10 in customer service and the pizzas ive gotten have always come out in good if not top quality.
