Highly recommend this service. Scott was very helpful and informative. I had a problem with tv antenna and he was able to help. They also at short notice installed satellite dish for me.That was all on site for my caravan.

I spoke to both Donna and Mary on separate occasions and was impressed by their customer service skills. I eventually had a TV antenna installed as well as a few cable connection points replaced. The total cost was slightly lower than what I expected. Great service with 30 days warranty.

These guys are quick, efficient and great!After booking my TV in to get repaired, I was expecting it back within a couple of months due to parts. No hassle. Low and behold, I get a call a couple of weeks later saying the TV is coming back, fixed! Just WOW!Want to say a massive thank you to everyone there for taking the time and professional care to get my TV fixed and back to me so quick! All of you are legends! :)I firmly recommend giving this local business a go! They won't disappoint!

Customer service does not exist in this shop !!!. I took my stereo in in the beginning of November 2021 laser reader broken mid December I rang they said new one sent faulty . I rang mid January new one will get onto it . I rang Monday technician out will ring Tuesday. No return call. Now beginning February I will ring again and ask will I get my stereo back before end off the year . Not holding my breath !!!!!

My TV was directed to Bradshaws from TV supplier for repair.Getting information or updates from TV supplier was near impossible, except they were waiting on a part with no end date in sight.After nothing much from supplier I called Donna & this is where my frustrations ended. The level of service and updates from Donna was fantastic.Keep up the great friendly helpful service Donna

I had trouble with TV reception since having my roof replaced. After replacing the aerial and masthead amp my TVs upstairs work well. But it was only after the technician had left that I found out out that the TV under the house wasn't working so he came back and sorted out the problem quickly. 5 star effort.
